Renata Roldao is the Christoper E. Iansiti Director of Business Career Services at Florida State University’s College of Business. She brings extensive experience in career services, workforce and business development, and talent acquisition, expertly aligning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Renata has a proven history of leading efforts that boost student employability and ensure programs meet industry's changing needs. Her expertise also covers strategies for developing and engaging with employers, as well as recruitment, hiring, retention and academic affairs. Dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between students and employers, she is committed to elevating the College's Business Career Services through collaboration, strategic vision and a commitment to excellence.
Originally from Brazil, Roldao is a former collegiate swimmer and soccer player/enthusiast. She is also an ICU Registered Nurse who delivered compassionate and selfless care to hundreds of patients in critical conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
